Considered one of the most sought after fibres in the world, cashmere is a luxuriously soft fibre that requires proper care to maintain its softness, and durability.

Follow these simple care instructions to ensure your cashmere headband is kept in the best condition possible:

HAND-WASHING
Fill a clean sink or basin with lukewarm water and add a small amount of cashmere-specific wash.
Submerge the garment in the water and gently swirl it around for a few minutes. Rinse the garment with lukewarm water until all the soap suds are gone.
Do not wring or twist the garment to remove excess water. 
Lay the garment flat on a dry towel, and let it air dry away from direct sunlight or heat.

DRY CLEANING
If you prefer not to hand wash, cashmere can also be dry cleaned. Look for a dry cleaner that specialises in cleaning delicate fabrics and specifically mentions cashmere.
Let the dry cleaner know of any stains or spots on the garment and ask them to use a gentle cleaning process.

STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, or moisture.
